Raymond mill is mainly used for dry grinding of various non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 7, and humidity below 5%, such as: limestone, calcite, gypsum, kaolin, petroleum coke, etc.

Working principle:
The motor drives the central shaft to rotate through the transmission device. The upper part of the central shaft is equipped with a key part—star rack. The star rack is equipped with a grinding roller device to form a movable fulcrum. It not only revolves around the central axis, but at the same time the grinding roller itself is autobiographical due to friction.  A blade device is installed at the lower end of the star rack, and its position is exactly intersected with the grinding roller device. During the rotation process, each blade throws the material fed into the main machine between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, forming a cushion layer. The centrifugal force generated when the roller rotates, the material is extruded and crushed here.
An analysis machine is installed on the upper part of the main machine, and blades are arranged on the turntable of the analysis machine, and the speed of the blade disk can be adjusted by rotating the electromagnetic speed regulating motor. If you want to obtain a very fine product particle size, you should increase the rotation speed of the blade disk to increase the contact probability between the blade and the powder. Fall back to the mill under the action and regrind. The powder that meets the requirements is taken out by the airflow, introduced into the cyclone through the air duct, and the gas is separated from the powder to obtain the product. On the contrary, if a coarse point product is to be obtained, the speed of the blade disk should be reduced.

The grinding roller assembly is installed on the star rack. The star rack is driven by a transmission device to rotate rapidly. The grinding ring is fixed.
The material enters the analysis machine from the side of the body through the feeder and the chute, and is squeezed and ground between the grinding roller and the grinding ring.
The air current blown by the blower is blown in from the lower part of the fixed plate in a tangential direction, passes through the grinding area between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the dust and coarse particles are blown upward and discharged into the analysis machine at the upper part of the main machine. Three to six sets of grinding rollers are hung on the star rack, and the blade is installed on the lower part of the star rack.
